Upload days and cut-offs

New listings, renewals and changes go up three times a month, on the 8th, 18th and 28th.

To make an upload day, your application (and payment, for a paid listing) must reach us before the cut-off: 00:00 CET on the 3rd, 13th and 23rd. Anything after the cut-off goes into the next upload.

Next cut-off: 00:00 CET on 23 October for the upload on 28 October.

Paid listings are not published until paid

Free listings are published on the next upload day after approval. Standard and Premium listings are invoiced by Tinge World and go up on the first upload day after payment arrives. A Standard listing taken with the first year free has no invoice and goes up on the next upload day after approval.

For founding member places, a payment counts from the day and time it reaches our bank (Amsterdam time, CET), not from the day it is sent.

Confirming you're still practising

Basic listings confirm once a month; Standard and Premium listings once a quarter. We email a reminder a few days before (two weeks before, for paid listings). One click on your private page confirms. If a confirmation is late by more than 7 days (14 for paid listings), the listing is paused until you confirm again. Confirmations are immediate. They don't wait for an upload day.

Paid listing renewal

A paid listing runs for 90 days from the day it goes live. If you do not renew, it continues as a free Basic listing.
